How to hard reset my iPhone 5s?

I've friend to press the lock and screen and home button at the same time but it doesn't work is there another way to reboot it?

Go in settings and it should say somewhere (not 100% where) 'reset' that should work hope this helps

You know you have to press both buttons and hold them for about 15 seconds, right? Not just press them.
that's a reboot. If you want to reset it go to Settings ----> General ---> Reset and select the reset option that fits your needs
