How to instal the ios7 on iphone 4 without Wi-Fi?

I really want to down load it, but i don't have wi-fi i do have internet connection tho i heard you can plug it into your computer n down load it through itunes but i have no idea how can someone help me please! And thank you.

Plug your phone into your computer, open iTunes and click on the phone. It may automatically tell you an update is available, if not there should be a search for updates button. Click the button and wait for the update to download and install

1. If you haven't already update iTunes to version 11.1. You can do this by opening iTunes and then clicking iTunes > Check for Updates to install the latest version.

2. Then connect your phone to the computer via the charger.

3. Click the device name in iTunes (upper right hand corner) then click "Update"

4. A window is going to pop confirming that you want to install iOS 7. Click "Download and Update"

5. While iOS 7 is installing KEEP THE PHONE CONNECTED TO THE CHARGER. Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT plug the phone out during the installing process. After it is done installing the phone will restart and greet you with the new iOS 7 UI (User Interface) or in other words the new iOS 7 design. You will be prompted to configure the settings like the Wi-Fi you want to connect (not necessary to continue), your Apple ID, and things like that, etc. You'll see when you get there.

6. After you are done configuring the settings, eject your phone from the computer by pressing the little triangle looking icon that is next to the name as seen here (circled in red)

7. Now you can enjoy iOS 7!
