How to Jailbreak an iPhone 4 iOS 6.0.1?
I'm having difficulty Jail-breaking my iPhone 4 6.0.1. Could someone please give me a step by step guide?

There's no Untethered jailbreak yet for ios 6.
There's a Tethered jailbreak on ios 6 for iphone 3GS and iphone 4 (NOT ip^hone 4s or 5).
Tethered means that when your phone shuts down (empty battery or manual shutdown).
You have to connect your iphone to your pc to make it work again.
The only way to jailbreak ios 6 tethered at the moment is with Redsn0w

Just connect your phone to the PC and open Redn0w and press jailbreak then do what it says (sometimes its fully automatic).
If you want an untethered jailbreak (you can reboot or shutdown your iphone without any problem)
you should stay on ios 5.1.1 or downgrade to it if you have saved your SHSH Blobs
