How to Jailbreak an iPhone 4 iOS 6.1.3 untethered free?

Keep in mind this is ONLY for A4 Devices on iOS 6.1.3, which is the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, and iPod Touch 4.

- When will there be a untethered jailbreak for ios 6.1.3 on iphone 5? The recent ios 6.1.3 update patched the untethered jailbreak. And unfortunatly iphone 5 users can't downgrade due to their A5 chip. If there's a way to downgrade this ios, or get an untethered jailbreak please help me!
