How to jailbreak iPhone 4S with ios 6.1.3?
I recently jailbroke my phone and cydia crashed so I had to restore my phone and iTunes updateded it to ios 6.1.3, what's a website to where i can jailbreak my phone with paying money or advertisment?

You shouldn't ever pay for a jailbreak they are all fakes or everyone would pay. No free official jailbreaks expected til ios 7 release as it stands now and I think that's pretty final. No way to downgrade either. Best I cam suggest is search web daily use reliable source information only! But worse case scenario is your stuck without jailbreak til around June!
