How to make my iPhone think I'm in Canada?

I have a iPhone 4S. I want to make it think I'm in Canada because there's a website that only works in Canada. So is their any way to make my iPhone think I'm anywhere in Canada.

If you can have a way to stablize your ip of canada, then you can always
visit the website anytime in any places. I knew there are some ip software can
do that, just google it by yourself

Cellphone communicates with the nearest tower… That tower gps will be shown to the other person…

  • You think I could buy a iPhone 5 if i work what you guys think? You guys think that if i work at McDonald or any store i can afford to buy the iPhone 5? And pay every month
  • Would an elephant make a good pet? I think that they might, Maybe you can tie it to a tree in the backyard I have heard that some animals make great pets. There are rabbits and parrots that are pretty cool. There are also more unusual animals like a donkey and a deer that are supposedly also good as a pet. Now, I know that an elephant can get to be a little large, but I understand that they are smart, kind, and can understand English. Heck, I even saw on the TV that some can paint, like music and can work an iPhone. Would they make a great pet?
  • Using my iphone on Wi-Fi in Canada (I'm from the US)? So I have an iPhone, and I want to be able to use it in Canada. I would only be using it in a Wi-Fi area, so that I can access instagram and facebook and things, not calling or texting or anything. What kinda of things can I turn off so I don't have messages and calls coming through, as well as data accidentally coming through? Also, will I get roaming charges for using data in Canada (like internet, not calling) (I have AT&T)?
  • Travelling to Canada, my AT&T iPhone now says Rogers? I drove from the US Over to Canada yesterday and the little AT&T icon on my iPhone suddenly changed into Rogers. Can I still make calls to the US/use data on the Rogers network or am I gonna be charged extra?
