How to make this on the keyboard / iphone?

The squiggly line for the mouf (the way mouth should be spelled: P). I googled it and nothing even came up, but people have sent it to me before and I'm like wtf how did you make that. The only way I've been able to reproduce it is by copy and pasting.
Within your keyboard settings there will be a thing that allows you to add more keyboards. Add emojis and you are good
