How to move iphone voice memo to my pc?

I don't want to send through internet.
Direct usb connect and move to pc.

I really dislike itunes, it deletes everything everytime I use it so I'm scared to use it.

I use tipard iphone transfer ultimate which
is so good compared to dumbest ever software called itunes.

I don't have an iPhone, ask in the electronics section please. And yes I hate iTunes too it's a bloody hell pain, I mean you make playlists in your ipod and then iTunes erases it cuz oh yea you have to make the playlist IN ITUNES like wth? What if I don't wanna be on the computer?
