How to open itunes on windows xp?
I have an old computer windows xp and i need to restore my iphone 3gs which is in recovery mode, however, whenever i connect my iphone to the computer using the usb nothing happens.

- Why does my iTunes wipe itself every time I open it? Ever since I've installed the new iTunes, every time I open it it's blank. I reload all my songs back into it but then the next time I go onto it, it's wiped itself again. I'm getting so sick of this, it literally deletes everything! - My itunes won't open on my pc computer? So i tried to open my itunes and it wouldn't open. So i plugged in my iphone to see if it would automatically open. It didn't. i DO NOT want to re-install it because i have done that before and i lose All my music, and i don't have any of it saved. So is there any other way to fix this? - Itunes won't open on Windows 7? I want to get music on my iphone, so i downloaded itunes. But when i installed it and tried to open i get a pop-up that says "Itunes has stopped working." before it even opens. I tried reinstalling it and i even installed an older version to see if it works, but it didn't. Can someone tell me why it won't open? I had a older version of itunes, but after the update, it stopped working. How can i fix this?
