How to profit from eBay listings less than $3?

I'm selling 91 iPhone covers that I have in stock on eBay, I'm wondering what is the best way to make a profit from it?

I'm confused as well, there are thousands of listings going for less than $1, how do these guys make a single penny off of their auctions? I've sold an item that sold for $60 before, eBay, PayPal and shipping fees took out $21, so I was left with $39. Most recently I've sold something for $30 and eBay, paypal, and shipping, took out $12.So I already lost out on 1/3rd of all my sales so far. What a rip off!

How do other competitors make ANY profit at all? What method do they use to ship their products? Do they somehow bypass eBay and PayPal fees with a premium account of sorts? What's going on here!

They do it by adding a shipping and "handling" charge. "Handling" is what you charge for boxing it up and taking it to the shipping point. Some companies (other than eBay) advertise that they'll ship an order free for a minimum order of $75, $100, whatever, and still profit. That's how they do it. They can't make a profit on a $20 order while having to cover shipping.

You need to learn how to control your costs better, or sell products that will make you a better product. Figure a better way to ship that costs less, shipping is a major expense. There are tutorials online for selling on eBay, read them. Don't complain, educate yourself.

A lot of sellers find warehouses that have their products and will drop ship for them, they never touch the product, and the product goes out with their name on it.

Walk into a dollar store. They sell lots of stuff for a buck. The Chinese sell stuff for a buck that costs them a nickle.

EBay is really nice site, First of all you should know about the site properly. You can search is Google for learn more and more, You also visit YouTube.
