How to record audio for a prank in public?
Here is what I have to work with an iPhone, a spy pen with an HD camera that records 7 hours of video and audio, an HD Canon camera and a regular digital underwater camera.
I was thinking about using the iPhone voice memo then syncing the audio when i edit. I only have one shot so it needs to be nearly perfect. I don't want to buy anything
Pranks are the worst. Don't do pranks.
I suspect the voice memo produces a lower quality than you'd get by recording video and then just using the audio. Try experimenting and see which is best. Make sure the phone isn't rubbing against anything - the noise will drown out everything else.
- Why won't my iPhone record audio when I take a video? Every time I try to record a video with my iPhone it won't pick up the audio. All I here is this static noise. Sometimes I can barley hear my voice behind all the static. It just randomly started happening. When I record in voice memo it picks up my voice just fine. Phone calls work fine too. It just doesn't work when I try to take a video.

- I dropped my iPhone 3GS audio port down into coffee and my audio does not work When I try to turn up my volume it says headphones but my headphones still work. I Tried it on speaker phone it still works how can I get my audio working agen!
