How to recover deleted gmail emails?

I was checking my email on my phone (iPhone) and was reading a really important email. While I moved my finger down the screen to click out of the page, my finger accidentally touched the delete button, and without any "are you sure you want to delete" my gmail deleted the email! I looked in my trash and it was already gone. This email was extremely important, is there a way to get it back? Please?

If you take a look at your different mailboxes (like spam, junk, etc.) there shod be one called "deleted". If you deleted the e-mail recently, it should be there.

No there's no way to recover it.

Contact google customer support, maybe they can…
