How to remove old account from iCloud on iPhone 4?
Hi I'm after trying to buy extra GB for my iPhone and I have noticed every time I try to do this it keeps coming up with the last persons account and asking to sign in which means the last person who use to have my iPhone 4 had not removed their account from it. So there's no way I can buy more storage without removing their account. I'm signed into Apple all the time but I need the old account to be removed. How do you do this please?
Just go to the settings iCould you will get the option to delete currant account at the last.
If its iOS 7 then you can't, the original owner has to do it as its a security feature.
