Just sent it to yourself from the computer, then log in to your email in your phone

I agree, you can email it to yourself. That way the text is kept in original format.

Other ways if this isn't an option:
Screenshot and save the picture, upload the picture to your phone

Take a picture of the computer with your phone (bad quality, not recommended)

I vote forward the email to your own email. Click the arrow or copy and paste the email into a new email and send it to yourself. You can log into your email by clicking "mail" for the first time, or using "settings>>general>>"
and going to mail.
