How to share documents over Wi-Fi?

Generally, I create Wi-Fi hotspot with My Wi-Fi Router software. Both my laptop and iPhone can connect well, but how can I transfer documents between these two documents?

It seems like there's file sharing capability for this software. You can just connect devices to the same hotspot and then you can share file directly. Or you can share fiels over email or bluetooth.

The same way you would if they were connected by wire. You have to have the appropriate shares set up so that you can access one device from the other.

Do this exactly.
open the control panel then open system and security then open system. Write down your computer name.

Now make a folder called share. Right click it and click properties go to the sharing tab. Click share and click the arrow select everyone then click on the arrow beside read and select read and write. Then click share. Then done. Now click on advanced sharing and check the box share this folder. Leave the share name as it is. And click ok. Now on the computer you want to connect from open any file browsing window. One way to do this is clicking on the start menu and clicking on computer. Or my computer on your desktop if it's older than windows vista.
Now type this in\\computername
There you go. It will now connect to the computer name that you typed in and you can upload and download files from it. If it asks for a password/username just type in the ones for that computer that you use to login.

You can send files from the laptop to the iPhone by using bluetooth. If you want to send music, photos, or books, you can just use iTunes. Or, you can use email, dropbox, or google drive to send documents back and forth. If your iPhone is jailbroken, you can use a wired connection and a 3rd party app, or a wireless connection with SSL and a 3rd party app.

  • What is documents and data in iPhone Storage? I read that it is the junks files including browser history, cookies, logs, caches of photos and videos, database files that are stored by your apps. Someone suggested downloading something that would "clean" your phone and free up space on your phone. I did this, but it only gave me the smallest amount of space available and I was hoping for much more! Can anyone help me out?
  • My iPhone 4S keeps turning off over and over and over again? I was on my phone just listening to OM&M on pandora and going on twitter when all of a sudden it shut off and now it's stuck on the turning off screen for like an hour or two. What do i do I'm FREAKING OUT.
  • Iphone over capacity because of Documents and Data? Yep every once in a while I get to where I would just love to throw my iphone off of a cliff. So I synced my phone and at the bottom of iTunes on the bar it says not only that my phone is 375.6 MB but that a HUGE chunk of that is "documents and data", 9.84 GB of it. My questions are: 1. What in the f___ is that? & 2. How do I remove it?
