You could either download them straight from your phone with the iTunes Store (as long as you have money) or you could use a website called YouTube-to-mp3. If you use that website, plug your phone into your computer and open iTunes, go to YouTube and look up whatever some you want and copy that link into the box on YouTube to MP3. Press convert and once it's done download it. Then go back to iTunes and click add a new file and once you've added if you can sync your phone. (those instructions might be confusing so if you need help just ask!)
Go the iTunes Store app, search, download. Done.
