How to track my iPhone when I've lost it?

So I lost my iPhone the other day and want to find it. I don't have apple care, I don't have the find my iPhone app, I don't have iCloud… Are there other ways to track the location of my iPhone? I need all the help I can get.

Well if you had the track my iPhone app then you wouldn't be having this problem

Unless you had any apps that helped you to track your phone from your computer, there's nothing you can do about it, sorry.

I will give you two advice
1)contact your phone carrier to track it down for you
1)or lock your iphone by contacting your phone carrier

Did you have iCloud and Find My iPhone turned on?

I know you said you didn't but it is worth a try:

Visit http://www.icloud.com/...icloud.com and login with your email and password that you use to buy apps or download music from iTunes.

Then click "Find My iPhone"

If you had it turned on it will show you a map and the location of your iphone.

If not call your carrier and have them mark the phone as stolen.

Try calling it, if there's enough battery life left and its been found by someone whoes being a responsible citizen (by handing it in to police or a lost property department were you lost it, or by leaving it on with the sim card still in it) then you might be able to get it back.

The other option is to ask your service provider to deactivate the sim card and get a new phone.

Call the service to track it.

  • Lost my iPhone, can I track it? Is there any way to track it? It's an iPhone5 and I tried calling back from a different phone number it rings once and then it was going straight to voicemail. After hrs of calling and the same thing happening I called and now it goes straight to voicemail. I'm not sure if I misplaced it at home or I simply lost it running errands.

  • Lost iPhone. Can't track it My buddy lost his iPhone 5 (but it may have been stolen). He has the "find my iPhone" app as well as the "find friends" app. The problem is he didn't register the "find my iPhone" and he has the find friends app turned to "hide me" mode. Is there any other way to track down his phone? He could lose his job over this… Can he activate any of these apps through iCloud? Any solutions would help.
