How to transfer all content from iPod touch to iPhone 5?
I just got a new iPhone and my iPod was recently backed up on iTunes. How do I transfer everything onto my new iPhone (which I haven't opened/turned on yet) so that it looks and acts the same as my old iPod?
When you set up the phone select 'Restore from Backup' and do not 'Set up as a New Phone'. Touch content will then pump over. Then add stuff to the iPhone as you like and make a new backup from the final version, settings, and stuff you like. Best luck.
Plug your phone into iTunes, and do a restore from backup, select your latest backup and it will restore all the stuff onto your phone.
Restore from that backup using iTunes.
