Mac and iPhone use different apps. IPhone apps only have a small window and since the mac has a larger screen they have their own set if apps.
You can't transfer them from the iPhone to the pc, you can back up your iPhone to your iTunes account, and you can go into your app store account in iTunes and download all your purchased apps to the computer, but this only allows you to download the apps from the computer to the phone, you can't use the apps on the computer or anything like that
