You'd think that in today's age wires would be a thing of the past, but alas you need wires. You need a total of 1 whole behemoth of a wire. It's so crazy. So just say "**** it! Wires are for squares" and throw your phone (with the desired picture on screen) at you computer screen
Use your iPhone charger and plug it into your computer, it should say trust or don't trust. Trust it and go into your folders section, the heading should say, this PC and search for a folder for your iPhone. If this doesn't work I would suggest taking the photos off of Facebook and saving them to your computer, this may only work if you have a Facebook and your picture syncing option has been enabled.
Mac - plug in, launch Image Capture/iPhoto/Photos
Windows - plug in, open My Computer, find iPhone
You can use Windows AutoPlay. Connect your iPhone to the computer. If the AutoPlay window appears, click "Import Pictures and Videos using Windows". And then Click the Import Settings link > In the resulting window, you can change the folder to which your Camera Roll's photos will be imported by clicking the Browse button next to the "Import to" field. At last, After setting your import options, click OK > Choose a tag if desired and click Import.Through Window Explorer, you can only import the photos in iPhone Camera Roll.
If you want to transfer photos in other folders, you can use a tool like AnyTrans to transfer photos from iPhone to pc.
