Email it to yourself, and then access it via phone.
Connect your phone to iPhone. Then look for a "Photos" tab in your iTunes and select the desired folder. There should be an option I'm not sure of, "include videos", just tick that option. And when you've done so, look for " sync now" or "apply" option. Click it and there you go. After the transfer process has taken place, safely eject your device. ITunes transfer can also be made over Wi-Fi, you just need to explore your iPhones settings.
Through iTunes.
