First you need to insert your iPhone into the laptop, using the usb cable that should be provided. Then when that's done you should either get a message (basically asking you for permission if you want to upload media from the iPhone to your laptop). When you've fully connected your iPhone to the laptop, just simply go onto you 'Computer' files and you should see a little icon saying 'iPhone' or what not. Click twice and you will get into the files, double click to pictures. Choose the pictures you want to upload onto your laptop/pc the drag into the desktop or rather make a new folder.Name it something you'll remember, then drag the chosen photos into that folder and that's how.
