Go to settings > General > accessibility > scroll down and tap Assistive Touch > turn it on
You'll have the little icon pop out with a white circle in the middle. You can drag it around to change to position. If you tap it, you have 4 options that come up. Tap the Device option, and you can lock your iPhone from there.
- Button to turn off my iPhone 4 is like stuck I got my apple iPhone 4 about a month and a half ago. I have a cover for it but I'm very careful with it. I haven't dropped it or slammed it or anything. It's still in good condition but for some reason the button on the top to turn off the screan and power it off is stuck.
