How to turn off Google safe search on iPhone?
My google search as defaulted to only showing safe searches. I have tried settings
Go to Google.com and click on settings under the search bar. It may be at the bottom of the page but you can do it from there
What I do is scroll to the very bottom of Google. There should be something that says "View Google In: Mobile" then there's a small line and next to it is the word Classic. Click on that and then it will change to look like the Google you would see on a computer.
Go to the tab that says 'Images' and just above the search bar on that page should be "Moderate SafeSearch is on" click on that and change it to off.
That's the only way I know how to do it without logging into your email and going to setting, but it's fairly simple.
1) Change to classic site
2) go to images
3) click on "Moderate SafeSearch is on"
4) click 'off'
5) change back to mobile site.

Smart search in Safari of my iPhone will not turn off even though I have disabled it in settings I have gone to settings > safari > smart search field, and turned off search engine suggestions and preload top hit. I have cleared history and cleared cookies and data. I have reset the iPhone by holding the sleep and home button down until the apple logo came on I really want to turn off the smart search so that no suggested sites or top hits show up.
