How to unjailbreak your iphone?

I accidentally tried resetting my iphone 3gs while it was jailbroken now it won't start up. Computers won't read it on itunes what do i do?

I believe there's a certain order you press the buttons to restart your device. This happened to my iPod once. I restarted it, but it was still jailbroken.

Search up DFU mode or Recovery mode. If you do it in a certain order itunes will be able to read then you can restore.
