How to unlock /bypass activation lock on iphone 4?
I have an iPhone 4 model 1387. It's stuck on the activation screen and I can't get past the screen to jailbreak it.I'm not able to do anything. Is there any way to unlock this without using a computer?

Yes. Get the last owner to enter their Apple ID, password, and then the phone passcode. That person can then go into the settings and completely reset the phone to wipe it clean and remove it from the last owner's iCloud account.
