How to unlock iphone on contract?
Ok so, my cousin gave me an Iphone which is apparanetly on contract with an operator called "Sunrise" (He is from Switzerland).In Sunrise, they have told me, that I can't do anything with it, just wait for two years from buing it (dunno when was it, so that is not an option).
I want to ask you how can I unlock it somewhere on the internet. It doesn't have to be for free, I'm willing to give something about 30-40 bucks for it. I tried unlockeveryiphone.com and it didn't work.
On my Iphone, i have just my IMEI code and my ICCID code, nothing more, and I can just slide it for emergency.
If somebody can help me, I would be so gratefull. Or give me every option I have which are cheaper than buying Iphone in my country, Slovakia (we have Iphones for 700-800 euros).

- Will buying an iphone in contract and unlocking cause contract immediate fee? If i buy a iphone for example on att contract and unlock it, will att charge me what's left on the contract or will i just go by like nothing happened and free of contract? I haven't seen this but it makes quite a bit of sense for companies… Not sure if they do however.

I would be having to pay every month with a contract and that's annoying. Yet with a contract i wouldn't have to pay that much for the phone would i? I'm thinking to get it with no contract because I'll be in Europe over the summer so I'll need another contract over there for a few months so that likely wouldnt work if I got a 2 year contract here in the US is the 5 much more expensive than the 4s? and does the price vary a lot if I buy with/without contract?
