Added (1). I just put the passcode today and I can't remember it -.- is there anything i can do to unlock it? I hadnt synched it to my laptop so i can't just plug it in!

I don't think you do anything, you make sure you mom writes down the passcode when you get your next new phone.
If it's iOS7 or lower you would have to take it to Apple. If it's iOS8 you can't.
