The best you can do is find apps that are compatible with the docments produced by similar apps on the other side. You don't. There's an iPhone emulator that's part of Xcode, but it's not there for you to download apps and play them on your mac, rather to test the apps you are developing. You can't. You could download them & manage which go on the phone through iTunes.
