How to wipe a broken IPhone 4 please?
My Iphone 4 is broken - The screen is cracked, then the 'home' button stopped working, and now it won't charge or turn on at all. I'm planning on selling it on ebay but I obviously want to wipe all contacts/messages/photos/personal info incase the person I sell it to manages to get it back up & running. Is there anyway I can do this please?

I'm afraid no, Though you may try to connect it with your itune account. Then in itunes you can make a backup of your data on your PC or laptop. Hope it will work for you.
Trying powering on by holding the on/off button at the top and the home button at the same time. That worked for my old iPhone 3GS.
- Will iTunes wipe out my iPhone data if it wants to Set as New iPhone? I've owned an iPhone 5s for over a year, it's currently running iOS 10.3.3 but I've just connected to iTunes for the first time however I only get 2 options, either "Set it up as new iPhone" or "Restore from an old backup", but that last backup is from 2015. So, if if I select "As New iPhone" will it wipe out my data?

The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one.
