I accidentally restored my iPhone?
I was on iTunes with my iPhone 4S when I accidentally pressed to restore it. I lost all my messages, pictures, contacts, etc. Is there any way I could get them back?
If you have your iPhone set to automatically back up when it's synced to your iTunes you will be able to get everything back, if not, then nope (if you didn't you will be able to back up whatever was synced to your iCloud account like: Email, Contacts, Calendar Info, Reminders, Safari bookmarks, Notes, Pass book, Documents & Data & Find My iPhone
To load the backed up iTunes information onto your iPhone:
1) Plug your iPhone into your computer's USB using the provided cable
2) Open up iTunes
3) Right Click on your iPhone in the Device menu
4) Click on Restore from back up this will allow you to resync all the information you're able to from whenever you last backed up your iPhone

- IPhone restored as another iPhone Ok, so I tried to download some pics from iTunes to my mums iPhone. I haven't plugged it into iTunes before so when I tried it said 'Would you like to set up as new iPhone or restore as old iPhone'. I didn't know what that meant to I clicked on restore. Now, my mum's iPhone has restored as MY IPHONE! It also lost all the pics on hers. I just need to know if there's any way of undoing this.

Basically i tried to update to ios8 it extracts the software for nearly 1 hour and then at the end it says the iphone could not be restored. The device can't be found. things i have tried but haven't worked - i have updated to the latest itunes - reset itunes and computer
