I bought the invisible shield glass. Should I still use an otter box case or no?
For the iPhone 5S. Is it enough protection with out the otter box or should I still put it on?
That's your choice. You now have the glass protected, so do you want to protect the body as well.
Glass protection on a 5s isn't strictly necessary and adds reflections and reduces screen clarity; mine spent 18 months jangling in my trouser pocket with keys and coins with just an Otterbox to protect the back and sides. I've just upgraded to a 6 and my old 5s still looks like a new one.
Depends on how clumsy/hard you are with your phones.
