I can connect to the wireless network but I can't connect to the Internet?
So out of the blue my browser was unable to connect anymore (as well as any other program on my computer) all my other devices such as iPhones, Xbox 360, etc work perfectly fine. Nothing has been changed in my computer settings or modem settings it just happened all so sudden. Thank you so much for the help!
Added (1). I don't understand the answer about changing my DNS and my network driver won't update even when I go through my device manager. It clearly shows I'm connected and it says "Internet access" but I can't access the Internet through any program. I've also performed 2 virus/malware scans and restarted my computer multiple times
It's easy just change your DNS to 8.8.4.4
it will works perfectly

This is not an uncommon question when it involves Laptop and Wireless: Limited Internet Connection
Simple Fix: Open Menus, Network Connections. Click on the wireless and left click to open it's properties and check mark enable. It it has OK or Apply click this. Close the menus and reboot the laptop. Now the wireless is a permanent connection and not Limited Access.
Reason: All Laptops are set by default as Limited Access for the Wireless Connections. This isn't Common knowledge.
It the issue remains, then trouble shoot for Hardware drivers and the Network equipment.
- Why won't my xbox 360 connect to the internet but will connect to my iphone hotspot? Ill play cod bo2 almost daily and my xbox will connect to my mobile hotspot on my iphone 4s fine, but out of no where it will lag out and disconnect me from xbox live, its not a hardware issue everything connects normally, full bars and everything the phone still lets me get on the internet, but my xbox will not, why D:?
- One laptop can connect to our home Wi-Fi network but no other devices can connect? We recently set up a wireless internet connection in our house. One laptop can connect to it (the one I'm currently on) but no other devices can connect to it. It says our "Network Security Key" is mismatched. I have tried typing in all the different codes on both the router and modem on both our second laptop and an iPhone 5. How can I fix this?
- My wireless network works for my iPhone, but not for me laptop? My laptop says that it is connected to the Wi-Fi network (with full connectivity), but then when I try to open a webpage, it won't load. My internet works on my iPhone, so I know this isn't a problem with the router. I've already tried restarting the router, but this hasn't worked.
