I can't access the internet and the internet sign shows that i have network?
Ok so i've been getting this problem for about a while now it usually happens during the night, i've tried some methods that i know to solve it but nothing can fix it except a complete restart!
i've scanned my PC with AVG pro, Malware bytes and malware fighter pro but no viruses were found, and i used some IObit features so i could hopefully prevent it but it happened yesterday, after that i went to sleep and the next day i used the PC for about an hour and then went to work and i just came straight here to ask the question. And used some methods to fix it:
-Windows internet trouble shooter.
-turn off the Wi-Fi for 10 seconds and then turn it back on.
-do a complete power cycle to the router.(when it first happened about 2 weeks ago)
-and i downloaded a program called (winsockfix) and it also DID NOT WORK(i can access the internet using using my iphone or my sister's laptop)
and tbh i'm out of ideas and ways to fix this annoying issue so please if you have faced this problem
before and fixed it please help me out, thanks.
P.S. I wanted to do a clean boot but i always forget how to do it and i was too sleepy to look it up on my phone xD, and i don't want to format my laptop for such a stupid error, Thanks.
Added (1). I tried all of these options except the firewall, and i use Google Chrome, if it fails or i get errors i use pale moon(the exact same thing as firefox but different colors, faster and less errors)>firefox>throw the laptop out of the window xD
If you are using
Internet Explorer or other browser then 1st remove your browser cookies and temp files.
then reset your browser speed and restart your browser and try for suffering.
The problem is not with the computer if it is able to connect to the network. It's your router/modem that can't get a good connection with your ISP. Turning the router/modem off and back on sometimes help.

I now have downloaded the app on my iPhone, but can't sign into the app with this facebook details like i do on the PC Any help, since i have added contacts to this (fb) skype and would like to use this on my mobile device also
- No Apple devices can access the iTunes or app stores on my home network? This is an odd problem I haven't encountered before. The internet is fully functional, but whenever I try to access iTunes or the app store on my iPad, iPhone, or sister's iPad, it says "can't connect to iTunes store."
- My iphone 4s is not working, it only shows itune logo and data cable sign? It was working fine in UK, then i came to Nepal and it was switch off for more than 3 months and when i tried to switch it on, it doesn't on. I tried to restore with itunes with latest firmware but it shows error 3194. Do any one have a suggestions for me?
