I can't connect to my home Wi-Fi on my new laptop?

I got a new laptop, HP Spectre, and I was having some malware trouble so I ran Google Chrome Cleanup. I now can't connect to the Internet! My home Internet doesn't show up at all, even though it did the day before and I can still use it on my iPhone and desktop computer! I'm not sure what to do, please help!

I just restore my computer if I get into any trouble like that. Backup everything you want to keep though.

Contact your ISP.

Rt click on the network icon and run the network troubleshooter asnd see if it can fix it. Alternatively do system restore to a time before the problem started. Finally you can reset the whole system to defaults

Curious? Why did you run google chrome cleanup? Doesn't that spectre have windows 10? And if so you should have run a windows based anti-virus program as well as malewarbytes…

  • Why won't my Iphone 4s connect to my new HP laptop? I just bought my laptop about 2 days ago and i downloaded itunes. As soon as i plugged in my iphone, a background noise popped up, and nothing happened. So i opened itunes and it would not show my iphone. Also in my computer, it did not register it either.
