I can't open up video snaps on snapchat?
I have iOS7 on my iPhone 5S and I can't open up my friends video snap. When I click on it, it does nothing or says its loading and then does nothing after it loads. Can someone help? I've deleted the app restarted my phone ect by the way.

- Why won't snapchat open for me? I click on the app and it loads for a while, then just takes me back to the home screen. This has been happening for like the past 20+ hours and it's very annoying because I have dozens of snaps waiting for me. Can anyone help me here?
- Why can't I see snaps on my iphone from an android snapchat user? My friend has an android my touch and every time he sends me or my girlfriend a video (we both have iphones) we can't see it? We can see his pics but not videos. We're able to see other videos from other android users and his wife who has an android can see his videos but why can't we? Any help would be awesome!
- Why can't I open my snaps on Snapchat? I just got the update, and now whenever I get a snapchat and it says "press and hold to view" or "tap to load" and I hold down my finger on it or tap it nothing happens! - Snapchat Video Help. It won't play? I have a LG-MS695 Android, when I use Snapchat, i can send and receive photos with iphone users fine. However when it comes to sending and viewing videos, i can't do it. I can't see the videos that people send me from their iphone, and they can't see mine. Is it just because i have an android and they have an iphone? Or is there a way to fix it, please tell me. -Thanks
