I can't hear snaps off snapchat on my iphone 4?

I can't even hear videos on instagram… I think I did something to the settings but don't know what I did.

Flick the switch on the too left corner on the side of your phone above the volume control. That might be it.

On my iPod touch 4 I'm able to listen to videos or snap chap videos etc turn your volume up… But if you lost your volume try taking it to the shop

Check if it's on silent (the little button on the side above the volume) and check if the sounds turned up.

Why can't I see snaps on my iphone from an android snapchat user? My friend has an android my touch and every time he sends me or my girlfriend a video (we both have iphones) we can't see it? We can see his pics but not videos. We're able to see other videos from other android users and his wife who has an android can see his videos but why can't we? Any help would be awesome!
Why can't I open my snaps on Snapchat? I just got the update, and now whenever I get a snapchat and it says "press and hold to view" or "tap to load" and I hold down my finger on it or tap it nothing happens! I can send them, but it won't let me open any. I'm very frustrated. Oh, I have an iPhone 4. How can I fix this?
When i call someone on my iphone they can't hear me and i can't hear them why? Well it just happened i was calling my dad like 10 minuets ago and then i hung up and then called him 5 minuets later and i could hear him but he can't hear me for some reason why is that? I'm sorry i meant i CAN hear them but they can't hear me
My snapchat won't let open snaps? I have an iPhone 4 and when I get a notification either on my lock screen or a banner, I click on it and snapchat opens but there's nothing there. I've tried reinstalling the app but I got the same problem. My friends send me snaps all the time and I never seen them there. Any help?
