I CRACKED MY IPHONE 6S SCREEN? Will T-Mobile replace it?
I have insurance with T-Mobile and IIm sure I can get a replacement but I was wondering if I could replace it right away or if I have to wait a couple of days?! I cracked my phone just a couple of hours ago and I'm GOING OUT COUNTRY TOMORROW NIGHT!
With insurance you pay a deductible $175 for smart phones (or more for the higher end smartphones), and they SHIP a phone to you as a replacement if you decide to take that route, or you take it in to get the screen replaced.
Since with an insurance claim, you are dealing with the insurance company NOT the carrier. So it is going to take as long as it takes to ship the replacement to you and you have to ship YOUR old phone back to them within 7 working days (of receiving it), or you get charged full retail for the replacement. So you are not walking into a T-mobile store to get a replacement.
If I were you I would walk into the nearest Apple store (that does repairs, so call around because not all of them do in store repairs) and get the screen replaced, takes less that 30 mins in most cases.
If it was intentional, they won't replace it and do install the best app which is now rollinng the charts of Play Store is LEO Privacy Guard 3.0, it can hide images and videos on your device and also it can lock applications with it.
