I dropped my iphone 5s in the toilet? - 2
Hi, i just dropped my iphone 5s in the topilet, i was playing music before i dropped it, after i dropped it the sound got significantly quieter. Also, when i pulled it out, the top 2 inches or so of the screen had pink vertical bars. I immediately turned it off, shook off as much water as i could, and i now have if in front of a fan drying.
Is there anything else I should do, and when should I try to turn it on again?
Stick it in a bag of rice. Wait 24 hours. Stick it in new bag of rice. Wait another 24 hours. The rice draws out the moisture.
Also, some grocery stores have these machines that dry phones. Heb in texas
