I dropped my iPhone in the toilet! - 1
I was going to go use it and like I completely forgot it was in my back pocket and it fell in the toilet-so it stayed about 5 seconds it flashed twice or so an I pulled it out I was in such a rush I just immediately put it in rice didn't dry it off (i know I know stupid)
And so I checked it and my phone isn't turning on-I heard you have to wait for like 3 days i don't know I really don't wanna buy a new phone-has this ever happened to anyone?-did it work?
So I kinda know where you are coming from… I had my droid in my pocket and I went swimming with it for a good 5 minutes. (That's a long time for a phone) and all I did was put it in the sun for half an hour and it worked again. (Really creepy. Somehow I don't know how, but it worked.) I would soak it in rice. Just leave it be for a couple days. If it doesn't work, apple has a 1 year warranty (unless you broke their agreement via jailbreak, a take down, ect.) if you broke their warrantee, then I have to say you'll have to buy a new phone.
Iphones belong in the toilet.

I dried it off quickly and it was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong.
