I dropped my iPhone in the toilet.what should i do?
I dropped my iPhone in the toilet last night at 3 a.m. And i put it in minute mexican rice for the time i was asleep. My lock button and speaker won't work and it randomly just turns off and i can't turn it back on. I went and got white rice this morning and it is currently sitting in a bowl with the white rice. What do i need to do?
Buy a new phone
Let it sit for a couple of hours in the white rice. Don't ever use anything but white rice.
Take it apart and use a blowdryer… Although it could be too late.
Simple.buy a new one.

If you tried turning it on to soon you may have shorted out the phone. It's a phone and it's not made to get wet so all functions may not work even though you put it in the rice. Leave it in there for at least 24 hours and see what happens.
Well if it doesn't work after the rice I would just get a new phone.

put a Qtip inside your headphone jack and you probably need to twist it slightly too

My friends are telling me to put it in a bowl of rice to absorb excess water but it's currently charging and is working fine. What should I do?
