I dropped my iphone in the tolit, how do I get all my iTunes purchases back?

So I dropped my iPhone I'm the tolit and it went completely dead. I had to go get a new iPhone because they couldn't fix it. Problem is, I never sync my iPhone to my computer. So my iPhone wasn't backed up at all. How so I get all my iTunes purchases back. Like my music, books, movies, and apps? They are on my iTunes account still right? How do I get them back on my phone?

Replace your iPhone.
