the most recent laptop that i backed up too has been stolen in the last few weeks and so I'm want to try and back up my iphone to the PC.
Problem is I need to access my iPhone to give my PC permission to sync.
What do I do?

I was trying to change my friends contact picture on my iphone and it was saving it but then my phone went all weird and now it's frozen and the background is grey and has black stripes on the screen.
