I changed my pass code and now i don't remember it. Help please i don't want to restart it and i don't have it backed up help?

I don't think there's anything to do but restart it just get a note pad and write down what you have in your phone like the apps. Sorry

What to do if i forgot my iphone 4s passcode? So i forgot my passcode, and i don't know what to do. I read that you could plug your phone into itunes and then reset it, but i really don't want to lose all my photos, text messages, contacts, etc. Is there a way to reset my password without losing all my iphone's data? I forgot my restrictions s passcode on my iPhone. Please I forgot my restrictions passcode on my iPhone 5 and now I can't acces my restrictions. I tried restoring it then backing it up but the code comes back! I called apple and they were no help.
