I had an iphone 4 and now the htc one?
I played a game called dragonvale and I was signed into the gamecenter and all that now I got a new phone and want to play the game but pick up where I left off not start a new. How do I recover it

Sorry, you can't. IPhone 4 run in iOS, and HTC run is Android. You can't transfer the game data between iOS and Andorid.
Unfortunately you won't be able to pick up from where you left off because gamecenter is only used for IOS Products such as your old iPhone 4, now that you got the HTC ONE that is running Android, Gamecenter isn't available.
Too continue where you left off your gonna need to use another ios device.
