I have a jailbroken Iphone 3gs with 4.1 and 6.15.00 is it safe to upgrade?

I want to upgrade to 5.1.1 without loosing the unlock or jailbreak. How can I do that?

Sorry it's not possible to Upgrade the I-phone 3GS IOS to 5.1.1 or any latest version of IOS without loosing the unlocking and Jailbreaking.   • Jailbroken iphone 3g always crashes into safe mode My phone is really old and somewhat broken (can't connect to Wi-Fi.) I haven't downloaded many cida apps but my phone will randomly go into safe mode when I'm texting or playing a game. Is there a way I could stop this from happening? It's really annoying.
