I have an Iphone 3 and its disabled?
Its a 3g, and I have a sim card but its disabled and I have an apple id account and I tried to log on to itunes connect but it won't sign me in & I've tried everything. I need to know why? I know my password. For Apple id. Also sense its disabled how do I connect my itunes? I've connected it to my laptop but the only thing that pops up is a camera update for pictures. I really need help, Okay? Help please no rude comments & I've already been to AT&T & They said connect to itunes Please & Thank you
The iphone 3 is outdated it can't connect to i tunes cause it does not have IOS6 and won't be able to get the update do to the limitations, my advice is to get a newer iphone at least a 4s or above.
What do you mean disabled? Is it saying "iphone is disabled connect to iTunes"? If so you need to run recovery mode: http://support.apple.com/.../kb/HT1808
If it is saying 'Your apple id has been disabled (for security reasons)" you need to go to expresslane.apple.com and select the iTunes store to get into contact with iTunes support.
- My iPhone says its up to date but its not? I have the iPhone 4s and every time I go into settings-general-software update, it says my software is up to date with iOS 6.1.3! All my friends have gotten iOS 7 already! Why doesn't mine say I need to update to iOS 7! And how can I make it say that? And I know that the iPhone 4s can get it.
