I have an iPhone 4 8gb and I want to buy a new iPhone with more storage?

I just got my iPhone 4 through verizon a little over a year ago with their "free phones" plan and I love it. But with the new iOS 7 updates going on my phone is super slow and keeps telling me I have no storage left. I've deleted All music, email, and most of my apps and it still keeps telling me this. I went to the apple website to see what kind of deals they had and saw the iPhone 5C for 99$ but no where on the website does it say "with a 2 year contract" till you go to the last page of the check-out.

Is there any way around the "with new 2 year contract" BS to get a new iPhone? Or a place to buy the iPhone 5/5C under 200$ ?

Nope. No way around the contract & as far as getting the iPhone 5c without it it'll start at $549 (new)

"I have no storage left. I've deleted All music, email, and most of my apps and it still keeps telling me this"

Your question should have said something about how that memory was being used - xGB for music, xGb for video, for apps, :other", etc. There's a possibility you're not using your memory right. Hopefully it's not jailbroken. ITunes tells you how your device's capacity is being used.

If music and video are taking up too much room, it may be because you have not set your iPhone to be manually managed for music and video, and like most people posting questions here, you "sync". My son had that problem with his iPod Touch 4 until I checked the manual management box. Until then, iTunes reserved as much memory on the iPod as was needed to hold everything in iTunes. MM works on a every Apple device I've tried, and that includes the iPhone 4 running iOS7.

If "other" exceeds 1GB, go into settings and in there click on Safari. Clear history and cookes, then do a restart,

" no where on the website does it say "with a 2 year contract" till you go to the last page of the check-out"Why would it have to say that anywhere else? People know that an iPhone costs hundreds of dollars - obviously a deal for less than $100 comes with a contract.

That would make idiots of phone companies, people who wait to upgrade their phones and people who don't wait but pay extra. You're not going to get a phone that cheap w/o a contract because there are too many people willing to pay more than that.
