I have an iphone 4s, and it will not charge or turn on?
My phone died on me earlier and i had to go to work. I left it to charge at work, and all i got was the lighting symbol. I charged it for over an hour, and when i took it off the charger, nothing happened.i've tried hard resetting it with holding the two buttons and got nothing, and it doesn't show up on my computer at all. I've had the phone since november of 2011
Take it to the Apple Store.
How old is your battery? You may need to replace it. That should solve your problem.
It is said the iphone's battery won't get charged if the ambient temperature is lower than a standard value. I don't know whether it is a rumor or the truth. Just write here for reference.
