I have an Iphone 5s locked to the activation screen?
I bought an Iphone 5s off an Facebook buy swap page and then I reset it and its been locked to the previous owner who I no longer have contact with? There must be a FREE way to get permanently pass this lock?

No there isn't. That is a security feature. Sounds like you may have been ripped off. You should try to get your money back in whatever way you can.
- Why do people by activation locked iPhones? Why do people buy activation locked iPhones? I understand its stolen and what not but what's the purpose of it is it possible to get around it?
- Which iphones home screen have screen rotation for the APPS HOME screen? I know the iphones on web rotation on internet use and youtube thats not what i'm asking the home screen which iphones have a home screen where the apps are have rotation not web or youtube or videos the home screen which iphone?
- When i get a notifation when screen is locked, The screen will not light up? I have a Telus Iphone 5c Updated, and my phone must be on silent in class. I don't want to keep checking my phone constantly to see if I have an alert, text, etc… But when I get a notification and my phone is locked, nothing happens. How can I get it so my lock screen "wakes up" or turns on when I get one? I have everything on in the settings->notification centre
- My IPhone 7 is locked to sprint and i can't get passed the activation screen without a sim card? I'm currently with cricket and my sim card reads as "SIM NOT SUPPORTED" is there any way to bypass this screen? Or a a sim adapter(if any on amazon) to use my cricket sim on the iphone and finally do the activation. And be able to access the homescreen
